Annie Doresca

Chief Financial Officer, Jewelers of America

Annie Doresca is the Chief Financial Officer at Jewelers of America. She has been with the organization since July 17, 2008. Ms. Doresca is also a Co-Founder and the Board President of Black in Jewelry Coalition. Mrs. Doresca has overall responsibility for JA's finance and accounting, office management, human resources, presenting to key stakeholders, strategic management, and IT functions. Prior to Jewelers of America, Mrs. Doresca served as Client Manager for BTQ Financial, an outsourcing provider of financial services to nonprofit organizations. Prior to BTQ Financial, she served as Manager of Advisory Services for Nonprofit Finance Fund, which provides loans and helps nonprofits strengthen their financial health. Previously, Mrs. Doresca served as an Intermediate Analyst for Goldman Sachs Co. Mrs. Doresca earned her Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University.

Black in Jewelry Coalition is the first international non-profit membership association dedicated to the inclusion and advancement of Black professionals within the gem, jewelry, and watch industry. Our organization strives for the advancement of Black professionals within the industry through networking, education, representation and an abundance of resources.

We promote change in our industry with the fundamental understanding that by uniting our resources and partnering with allies, we cultivate growth and create opportunities through an alliance that is for us, by us. Our strategies include providing tools and resources for professional success and growth, and recruitment for increased representation through heightened awareness.
