Frances Diniz is a global luxury and jewelry strategist with a career spanning retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. She has held leadership roles at Richemont, like Cartier, privately held fine jewelry brands and across retail channels. Her work bridges strategy and execution across the value chain- creating growth through storytelling, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. She has led marketing, business development, strategic partnerships and collaborations with high-profile lifestyle brands, such as Rosewood Hotels, Messika, MB&F, Ferrari, Google and META, connecting fine jewelry and watches to meaningful customer experiences.
At GPS, Frances leads brand, strategy, and growth- guiding the platform’s evolution at the intersection of tradition and technology. She has completed Stanford Continuing Studies in AI Leadership, Analytics, and Machine Learning, and currently serves on the advisory boards of Modern Luxury Silicon Valley and BizWorld, where she champions brand innovation and youth entrepreneurship.
